FRED VIDAIC – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Fred is a hands on, solutions focused business man with a career of demonstrating visionary leadership, expertise and outstanding performance in the business start-up and financial/operational management of Global Cranes. He is personable, articulate and professional with the highest ethical standards. Fred has had 28 years in the Crane Industry.

ANDREW WATTS - SAFETY MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Andi comes to Global Cranes having previous experience of over 24 years with the Australian Regular Army. He has expertise in management, logistics, training and development and resource management. Andi has the following qualifications, a Diploma in Frontline Management; Cert IV OHS and Cert IV TAA (TAE40110).

ANN TARRANT – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Ann Tarrant has come to Global Cranes with background knowledge in business and marketing. Ann has had many years of valuable client contact and has owned and managed her own businesses, holds a Cert IV in Business and is currently completing a Diploma of Business (Mkting). Ann is diversified in many areas from ensuring Global Cranes are marketed efficiently to administering. Identifying business opportunities, market research, and administering tender contractual documentation.

KELLY BROWNE – FINANCIAL CONTROLLER CPA

Kelly is an astute business professional with commercial experience in senior financial roles. He has worked in Business Services, Medical and most recently the transport industry. He is currently implementing new accounting package that will deliver improved financial reporting. This package will allow further analysis, reporting and business improvements as the business continue to grow.

GREG CONWAY - SENIOR SUPERVISOR

Coming from a fitting and turning background, Greg has been working in Brisbane since 1969. He has been working with and leading cranes and rigging crews around Brisbane factories since 1977. In the mid 90's, Greg wanted a change of pace in his working career, so he got into the general crane hire industry. With a vast knowledge of rigging, operating and general crane hire, Greg acquired the appropriate skills and experience to become a senior supervisor. Greg has now been working as a senior supervisor for the past 12 years. Greg is a great team leader and will gladly visit your site to conduct an inspection, provide you a quote, submit the correct documentation and successfully complete the tasks required with no need to worry.
